What is Kriya Yoga?

Kriya Yoga is the supreme science of Yoga and is based on directing energy lengthwise around the spine, gradually Neutralizing & freeing the restless self from thoughts.

It magnetizes and strengthens the nerves in the spine and the brain to receive cosmic currents of energy and consciousness.

The Kriya technique was the one taught to Arjuna in ancient time by Krishna. Of all the techniques in yoga, Kriya is not only the most ancient but the most central and essential. In this century Kriya has been passed from our direct line of Gurus for Self- realization.

Devotion, Action or Wisdom whatever be the path one is inclined towards, shall be strengthened.
